L'emergente cantante soul October London ha annunciato il suo tour "The Rebirth of Marvin". A lui si uniranno gli artisti J. Brown e The Shindellas.
Il Rebirth of Marvin Tour prenderà il via il 25 gennaio 2024 al The Shadowbox di Seattle, Washington. Da lì, London visiterà le principali città degli Stati Uniti, tra cui Los Angeles, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia e Chicago.
Il tour si concluderà il 3 marzo 2024 a Dallas, Texas, presso lo Studio at the Factory.
L'annuncio del tour di London segue la sua esibizione sul BET Amplified Stage ai Soul Train Awards 2023. Ha eseguito il suo singolo di successo "Back to Your Place", che ha trascorso 11 settimane al n. 1 della classifica Adult R&B Airplay di Billboard.
Il brano vellutato è tratto dall'album di London, The Rebirth of Marvin, pubblicato a febbraio da Death Row Records/gamma.
The Rebirth of Marvin vede la partecipazione del proprietario della Death Row Records e leggendario rapper Snoop Dogg e di LaToiya Williams in "Mulholland Drive".
J. Brown sosterrà il suo secondo album, The Art of Making Love, pubblicato a luglio tramite SoNo Recording Group. L'album include "My Whole Heart", che ha trascorso tre settimane al n. 1 della classifica Adult R&B Airplay.
The Art of Making Love include anche un featuring di Kevin Ross in "Weightless", che Ross ha scritto e prodotto.
Per quanto riguarda The Shindellas, il dinamico trio supporterà il loro secondo album, Shindo, pubblicato in ottobre da Weirdo Workshop/Thirty Tigers.
L'album include il loro primo singolo che ha conquistato il Billboard "Last Night Was Good for My Soul", scritto e prodotto dai loro frequenti collaboratori Claude Kelly e Chuck Harmony di Louis York.
